As part of Ecosa's rebrand, the email welcome journeys needed a good refresh as they were quite outdated. As well as this we were re-platforming over to Braze to allow for new personalisation in journey's such as abandon cart, back in stock, browse abandonment etc.
In order for this migration and level of personalisation; templates and asset libraries were developed in order to give CRM managers more control to optimised for performance and be as reactive with constant updates to our email flows. Here is a short sample of some of the email designs and templates, you will notice a lot of testimonials and reviews.. this was something we implemented after assessing results from previous journeys.
