Ecosa Rebrand | Packaging Design

In 2022, as part of Ecosa's rebrand, I spearheaded the upgrade of their packaging to align with the brand's values of sustainability. The focus was on ensuring that the packaging is reusable, recyclable, or biodegradable, reflecting Ecosa's commitment to environmental responsibility.

This included various types of packaging across a wide range of products. These products included bed frames, mattresses, and sofa beds, as well as smaller items like pillows, quilts, bed sheets, cushions, diffusers, ear plugs, and eye masks.

Embracing eco-friendly practices, we prioritise the use of cardboard and recycled materials. The use of white ink on our cardboard, except in specialty collections like the ‘Cooling Collection’ where a feature colour, such as our secondary blue, is introduced to differentiate similar products within different product lines. This also occurs with the kids collection where I introduced the addition of a repeat pattern and feature green across the packaging as well as the product.

Collaborating closely with product and procurement teams, we ensured that these goals were not only attainable but also well executed with our suppliers, delivering a successful and eco-conscious packaging solution.
